Of the fatalities, three were reported from Dhaka South City Corporation areas, one from Dhaka North City Corporation, and one each from Mymensingh and Rajshahi divisions.

During the same period, 586 new dengue cases were recorded across the country, taking the total number of cases this year to 36,662. The overall death toll has now reached 145.

DGHS data shows that 34,745 dengue patients have recovered so far, while 1,792 people remain hospitalised, including 1,046 patients outside Dhaka. Health officials have urged the public to take preventive measures as the outbreak continues to worsen in several regions.
