Kathmandu [Nepal], August 17: India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Sunday met Nepal’s top leadership, including Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli and President Ramchandra Paudel, to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.

Misri, who arrived in Kathmandu earlier in the day for a two-day visit at the invitation of his Nepalese counterpart Amrit Bahadur Rai, held talks with Prime Minister Oli at Singhdurbar, the PM’s official residence. Discussions focused on issues of mutual interest and opportunities to deepen India-Nepal ties.
